Scope of Services

All services will be performed in a professional manner, adhering to industry standards. Any additional services requested by the Client will be subject to separate agreement and additional charges.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the project. Estimates will be provided upon request and are subject to change based on the final assessment.

• 50% deposit required upon acceptance of the quote.
• Remaining balance to be paid upon completion of services.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards.

Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in our invoice.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

We strive to provide prompt and efficient service. Scheduling is subject to availability and may be adjusted based on weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

• Clients may cancel or reschedule services up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellation by the Company, a full refund of any deposits paid will be issued.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide access to the garden and any necessary permissions.
• Ensure that all paths and entrances are clear for service vehicles.
• Inform the Company of any specific requirements or constraints related to the garden clearance.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure the highest quality of service, Garden Clearance Coney Hall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages not caused by our services.
• Clients are encouraged to maintain insurance coverage for their property.

7. Insurance

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Garden Clearance Coney Hall, superseding all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
